Affiliate Program Terms

1. Scope

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the OrbitSwap affiliate program, including referral links, API integrations and the embeddable widget. They are additional to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply in full. Where the two conflict on a matter of the affiliate program, these Terms prevail.

2. Joining

Any registered OrbitSwap user may join. There is no approval process, no minimum traffic requirement and no fee. By using a referral link, API key or widget issued to your account, you accept these Terms.

3. Commission Rates

Your rate is set by the volume of completed referred exchanges over the preceding 30 days, measured in BTC equivalent:

• 0.30% — below 0.10 BTC of referred volume
• 0.80% — from 0.10 BTC
• 1.50% — from 1.00 BTC

The rate is recalculated immediately before each commission is credited. If a transaction takes you across a threshold, that same transaction is paid at the higher rate. Because the window is a rolling 30 days, a rate can also go down when earlier volume falls outside it.

Commission is calculated on transaction volume and is not capped.

4. How Commission Is Earned

Commission is earned on exchanges that reach completed status and that are attributed to your account through your referral link, your API key or your widget. Exchanges that fail, expire or are cancelled earn nothing.

Commission is credited to your affiliate balance in BTC when the exchange completes. Attribution is determined by our own records.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are made in Bitcoin (BTC) only.
• The minimum withdrawal is 0.0001 BTC.
• We charge no withdrawal fee. Network fees may apply.
• You may request a withdrawal at any time once your balance reaches the minimum.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by us; they are not automatic. Payment is sent to the Bitcoin address you provide, and you are responsible for its accuracy — a transfer sent to an address you supplied cannot be recovered or reissued. A request may be rejected, in which case the balance remains in your account.

6. Adjustments and Reversals

We may correct, withhold or reverse a commission where the underlying exchange is reversed, refunded or does not complete, where the commission arose from a technical error, or where the activity breaches our Terms of Use. Where a reversal is applied after a balance has already been paid out, the amount may be offset against future commission.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an affiliate account, with or without notice, where activity breaches these Terms or our Terms of Use, or where required by law. You may stop participating at any time. On closure, a balance above the minimum withdrawal remains payable unless it is subject to an adjustment under section 6.

8. Changes

We may change these Terms, the commission rates and the volume thresholds. Changes take effect when posted on this page and apply to commission earned from that point onward; commission already credited is not recalculated.
